Cancelation Policy

Weather: In the case of lightning, practice will be on or canceled based on how close the lightning is from the area of practice. 10 miles away from fields, practice is on. 10 miles or less from fields, practice is canceled. In case of rainstorms, practice will be on or canceled based on field conditions. Exceed futbol staff on sight will make the call. In case of intense heat(Summer), practice will be shortened by 10-15 mins or canceled. Exceed futbol staff on sight will make the call Refund/Credits: In case of practice being canceled because of weather, customers can make up a practice at another time or receive a 50% refund of the cost of that practice session. In case of a player missing practice, there will be no money refunded (add conflicts when booking). In case of unexpected conflicts, customers can use camp credit for the next upcoming Exceed Futbol Camp. Picture and Video Released: Exceed futbol might take videos/pictures of players at the camp of training sessions. These videos/pictures might be used in Exceed Futbol social media, email campaigns, websites, social networking sites, and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. COVID-19 I understand that this service includes physical activity and some close proximity to others. Because of this, there may be a risk of virus transmission, including COVID-19. Exceed Futbol makes no guarantee protecting your child.
